Jim Scherzer
President/Founder
Jim Scherzer has been working with HR systems and technologies for almost 25 years in the HR and IT spaces. Currently working as a Senior Workday HCM functional subject matter expert, Jim brings vast first hand experience supporting many of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Security, Compensation, Absence Management, Onboarding and Reporting. Outside work Jim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sporting activities, playing guitar and is a history buff.
John Scherzer

John Scherzer brought to Scherzer Consulting his experience and success in corporate systems configuration as well as his extreme values of customer care and relationship building.
With over 5 years experience providing Workday HCM consulting, support and configuration experience he is a valuable subject matter expert to our clients. He has specific experience in Workday modules: Core HR, Security, Recruiting and Talent and Performance. He continues gaining experiences around Reporting, Compensation and Absence Management. John’s ability to provide top-level support to clients with his added personal touch has made him a valuable asset to our team and especially our clients. Outside work John enjoys spending time with his family and friends and also traveling.
