Scherzer Consulting is an independent consulting firm that provides senior level systems expertise predominately in the areas of Workday HCM, HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM and  Cloud/SaaS technologies. 

Jim Scherzer, President and owner, brings over 20 years of professional experience working with these systems as well as the specialty fields of Security, Investigations and Human Resource Business Services.  

Knowledge, years of hands on experience and a track record of providing a high level of service to clients across various industries make the noticeable difference for our clients experience.

Through the years we attribute the strong track record of success with clients to the ability to of having subject matter expertise in these areas but more importantly because we develop solid professional relationships as a personable, trusted partner able to work together with clients and at both ends of their corporate ladder.
